Most of the online shops I’ve visited have such profound words of wisdom In their “philosophy” that I sometimes feel even smaller than I am (2.7 kg). They often go on and on about politically correct ways to live, until I am left feeling completely overwhelmed quite frankly. I end up feeling like a disappointment of sorts. There’s just no way I can live up to the standards they promote.
We’re proud to say that we’ve poured effort into labelling each piece accurately with its composition (which isn’t always the case in this industry, trust me - there’s a lot of polyester cotton mixes out there claiming to be 100% organic cotton). My label-guy thinks I’m nuts for spending so much on so many different labels but then again, what can you expect from an ambitious 2.7 kg wannabe businesschihuahua?
If anyone’s managed to trick me on the materials, i can only say “sorry!” but honestly, i doubt it. Mother approves every single fabric, and she can spot a fake textile with just a touch. If she’s ever in doubt, she’ll pull out her trusty lighter and check - because all fibres burn and smell differently, and she knows all their secrets.
