Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Parsley & Me is not responsible for customs or taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note that we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
